Frankie
Bridge is best known for being a singer, formerly a member of the
girl group, The Saturdays and previously S Club
Juniors.
She
freely speaks about her struggles with mental health from breakdown
to hospitalisation to self-acceptance in her new book, 'Open: Why
Asking for Help Can Save your Life'.
Right
now, she is trekking a desert in Namibia with Krishnan himself to
raise awareness for mental health.
But
before they set off, Krishnan spoke to her about her ongoing
journey with depression and anxiety, how being a child star
affected her and her advice to people in similar
situations.
Warning: Contains references to suicide and
depression.
How can you change the world? Join Krishnan Guru-Murthy and his guest of the week as they explore the big ideas influencing how we think, act and live.
